Air springs provide solutions for the oscillation-proof storage of machines. From the technical design through to the set-up of individual system components.

Oscillation isolation
They demonstrate very low natural frequencies.These are between 0.5 hz and 3.5 hz depending on the type. With bearing capacities of 0.5 kN up to over 440 kN, light measuring machines as well as heavy foundations can be mounted effectively.

Pneumatics
Air springs can cover many pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder applications. They are available with a lifting force of 0.5 kN to 440 kN and diameters of 60 mm to 950 mm. Strokes of up to 455 mm are possible.

  • Temperature > -40ºC - max. +70ºC
  • Compressed air > oiled / oilfree
  • Lateral misaligment > max. 20 mm
  • Tilt capability > max. 20º
