To keep maintenance worktime on the wagon as short as possible, we have developed a clutch test machine for automatic railroad couplings.
This allows an outsourced testing of a clutch. The big advantage is that only functional tested couplings are used and laborious disassembly and assembly works aren't necessary anymore. 

The following tests can be performed: 

• Functional test 
• Simulation of coupling process 
• Pneumatic tightness 
• Electronic signal continuity 
• Stress testing of the coupling connection 

The data records of these tests and measurements can be displayed via our proven Ulbrich Test Control software on the screen, archived on a log file on a PC or server, or be printed directly by the test machine.
